Sorafenat tablet is used for treating liver cancer and late stage kidney cancer known as advanced renal cell carcinoma in case if it is not possible for it to be treated with surgery. The drug present in the tablet is called sorafenib and it interferes with the signaling mechanism the enzymes known as tyrosine protein kinases which ultimately slow down the growth of cancer cells and their spread in the body.
